Iparadox alarm system

This is a great application and very useful but I have just installed this software and have the following problems:
1. If the alarm goes off it does not send a notification to my IPhone or IPad. I need to log on to the application to see what is happening with the system.
2. There is no history of alarm activation or trouble kept by the application. Once viewed they are deleted. I would think the last 10 events or a week of events would be useful.
3. The system will not allow me to set Bypass from the Apple device. I go into the application and select bypass areas and after a about 30 seconds the Application closes down and bypas is not set. If I set bypass on the alarm pad it shows the areas as bypassed on the apple device.
