The cost of the ip module and app are easily worth the functionality, could not live without it now. Push notifications would be a great feature, hopefully in a future update.

Not working on 3g!! Only wifi!! Wy do i need to controle my alarm system in my home network i need when i am far from the house!!!!

I bought this app because I had a Paradox alarm system installed in my home so I didnt really have a choice of applications. But its a good app and does what its supposed to do. It would be nice to allow a domain name that points to an IP address in the IP Address field. I use a dynamic DNS service at home to avoid problems with changing dynamic IPs. I would also love to see an UI update to match the new styles of iOS7. If it werent for the poor design, I would have given it 5 stars.

Paradox is very lazy with this app... please bring Touch ID and support for Apple Watch! Touch ID is more secure compare of typing my code... everyone can look at my screen and see the code... Touch ID could solve that. Apple Watch is also a great solution if you dont have to type your password once you have log in to you iPhone. Currently, i would not recommend Paradox beacause of this very basic app way behind some competitors.

I already paid the Paradox security system. This software should be free. Doesnt worth the price.

It works good but doesnt replace all the functions on remote. I agree apply the Touch ID and include a panic button/function , thanks

So ya the basic arm disarm open closed zone stuff it alright. Push alerts are needed if your alarm is going off. If that will even happen who knows. Touch ID needed. People can see you put your code is, especially if you want to show others and recommend a DSC panel to them. Overpriced for sure! Worth $4.99 at best. Come on Paradox, you only offer basic functions! You can trigger some pgms too. I have not the need for these. So its just ok.

Why the hell cant I see the time/date of the last alarm event? Or a simple log of recent events? Why no in app notifications of alarm events?

It checks network conection when starting on some address and port on internet, if you are behind a firewall or a proxy you get connection error warning. You have to login with panel pin every time when you switch to another app and come back Support/Feedback link on the app sends an e-mail to their Distributor Support e-mail address and they have no idea about this app, they say they give support to distributors only...it seems there is no team or single person supporting the application they are selling

Crashes every second time on iphone 5

After the last upgrade,the app dont work on iPhone 4s (iOS 5) !! Please "recover it"!

Perfect App but after the ios 8.0.2 update of iPhone 5s there are many crash and timeout action errors. Please update.

A good app which loses all its good features to bad IP communication to the EVO192. Times out connecting and arming and disarming most of the time. Even on top quality and tested wifi environment. Needs urgent fix. It was better before IOS7.

When are we going to get Push Notifications of an alarm event? Been waiting a long time for such a simple and basic feature. Without it, how am I supposed to know when the alarm is activated via the app?

Come on guys, this is a great app but is falling short on a few basics. Its archaic that the alarm company notifies me of an activated alarm before the app does. Please build this feature into your next release.

If I had an option, I wouldnt buy it. The app lacks of very basic features such as time log and push notifications. Paradox once was ahead of competitors, now they are just another mid range brand.

I havent been able to access my home alarm since upgrading iOS10.1. Been using this app for years and despite it being good this is now making it impossible for me to log into my alarm making the app useless

There is not much to this app but it does what it says. It lets you monitor the status of your paradox system, viewing every sensors status and lets you arm and disarm the system. So you can skip carrying around the key fob and use your iOS device. The $9.99 price is a bit high but I guess they wont have that many users and need to pay for the development and if you compare it to buying a key fob, its not bad. The app works elegantly and without problems. So all in all, Im pretty happy.
